Accessibility Plaque Presented to Fahraj Village

According to reporter Omid Yazd. Due to its effective initiatives in improving accessibility within the historic fabric of the village, Fahraj was selected by the Tourism Desk of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage as the first accessible village in the country during the summer of 2024. The award plaque was presented to the village head of Fahraj in April 2025 during a ceremony attended by the Deputy Director General of Domestic Tourism, the Director General of Cultural Heritage of Yazd Province, the Head of the Housing Foundation of Yazd County, members of the village council, and local facilitators.

به گزارش خبرنگار امید یزد، لوح روستای گردشگری دسترس‌پذیر به دهیار فهرج تحویل داده شد روستای فهرج به دلیل انجام اقدامات موثر در حوزه دسترس پذیری در بافت تاریخی روستا، از سوی میز گردشگری وزارت میراث فرهنگی در تابستان ۱۴۰۳ به عنوان اولین روستای دسترس پذیر کشور انتخاب گردید.

این لوح با حضور معاون مدیرکل گردشگری داخلی وزارت میراث فرهنگی در فروردین ۱۴۰۴ در طی مراسمی با حضور مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی و رئیس بنیاد مسکن شهرستان یزد، همچنین اعضای شورای اسلامی روستا و تسهیلگران روستا به دهیار روستای فهرج اهدا گردید.
